Although most reliable sources (HJP, Wiki, ЭЕЭ) determine ha-Melitz's existance within 1860—1904, the newspaper continued till 1915 (אפצלוכס אלע שונאים). To argue common opinion we give here few snaps of latest issues:

It is hard to describe anyhow its regularity, but at least for all this years of its posthumous existence ha-Melitz appeared in: 1905—1909, 1911—1913 and 1915. This is list of unbound numbers in a file (with few issues of ha-Tsofe and ha-Zman):
